Information for Refugees
If you are a refugee living in Canada, you may not have a passport or Permanent Resident card. In this case, refugees must fill out the Verification of Candidate Identity form:

Follow the instructions on how to complete the form and attach it to your application form when registering for an IELTS test. Candidates MUST keep their portion of this form and present it on Test Day. Without this form, candidates WILL NOT be permitted to enter the venue on Test Day, as this portion counts as your ID.
