Test results are mailed out to candidates 13 days after the exam. Results must be sent by mail. Candidates cannot receive their results by phone, Internet or in person.

If you would like a copy of your Test Result Form (TRF) sent to an institution (Immigration, university, agency, professional body), please download and fill out the attached TRF form and fax it to Jackie Gomes at +1 (403) 543 7309.

Payment must be received with your TRF request. Please fax a credit card authorization form with the correct amount in order for the centre to process your request.

If it has been less than 30 days since the test results were mailed out, then you only need to pay for postage. Results being sent inside Canada are $3 per copy. Results being sent outside Canada are $5 per copy. If it has been more than 30 days since the test results were mailed out, then you need to pay for the copy plus postage. Each TRF is $20 per copy plus applicable postage.

Your IELTS test score is valid for 2 years. Additional TRFs can only be requested from the centre in which you wrote the IELTS test. Examinees may not request an additional TRF to be sent to them. Examinees receive 1 copy only after completing the test. Your additional TRF request will be processed within 24 hours of it being received.
